Hazel Rapson moved to Patterson Lakes in Melbourne from the UK in February 2022.

Her background has been very people focused, having been a school teacher and prior to moving to Australia, running a treatment centre for people with Mental Health Issues.

She has had experience of arranging very different styles of funerals for family members, from Church and Crematorium to Meadow and Woodland Natural Burial. Each funeral required finding the essence of the loved one and ensuring that that was conveyed whilst all the time being respectful and caring to those left behind.
After Hazel and her husband moved to Australia, she decided that she would love to offer a very personalised service to others and completed her Funeral Celebrant Training with Rose Training Australia.

Hazel understands the complexity of emotions when people are grieving and is here to help you find a way to provide the best service or memorial possible for your loved ones.

With years of experience supporting families from the UK whose loved ones made Australia their home, Hazel provides a comforting, familiar presence, offering heartfelt guidance through a service that truly understands and respects this unique connection.
